There's No Avoiding Spam
A few years I go I thought it would be clever to register some domains (I own about 15) like "kehowlett.co.uk". I thought it would be cool to have the email address j@kehowlett.co.uk ;o) Now, despite having never used it or listed it anywhere, I am getting spammed at INFO@kehowlett.co.uk, WEBMASTER@kehowlett.co.uk etc. Hence all my efforts to spoof addresses and never post on newsgroups are in vain. There is now no way of hiding from them. This depresses me. How long until email is no longer of any use at all!?
So, it has finally started. My predictions:
- England will do well but, as always, not quite well enough.
- Beckham won't last long.
- The policing will be completely over the top.
- A surprise victory.
- America to make it to the second round.
Apparently, to the Japanese, having a tattoo means you belong to a criminal gang. What's going to happen when the England fans, inevitably, get their beer-guts out. All hell will break loose. I only hope that it doesn't spoil the spectacle of the greatest sporting event in the world.
Good luck for Sunday to all my Swedish readers. You'll need it ;o)
