Creation and access

To create a Stream object, use the createStream method in Session.

When a stream is created, property values are:

• Bytes is 0.
• Charset is Unicode.
• IsEOS is true.
• IsReadOnly is false.
• Position is 0.

Use of a Stream object is limited to the thread in which is created.
