If Alice Brown/Marketing/Acme leaves a job in the Marketing department for a job in Sales, her current name would be specified as username$, and the new organizational unit of Sales would be specified as part of the targetcertifier of Sales/Acme in MoveUserInHierarchyRequest. Her new hierarchical name becomes Alice Brown/Sales/Acme.

If the Sales organization in Acme is large enough to be broken into two subgroups, Industry Sales and Government Sales, her current name would be specified as username$ and the new organizational unit of Sales would be specified as part of the targetcertifier of Sales/Acme in MoveUserInHierarchyRequest, then the qualifying orgunit$ of Industry would be specified in MoveUserInHierarchyComplete, so that her new hierarchical name becomes Alice Brown/Industry/Sales/Acme.
