User is prompted with error: #0C:28
Synopsis
#0C:28
We ran into this problem at work and several suggestions were made.
- corrupt note/database
- unusual OLE object embedded into a RTF
- malicious code embedded into a RTF
The problem we saw was reproducible with one document, even copying it to other databases. We narrowed it down (still looking for some confirmation, though) to one group embedding data or drowings from an application they alone have on their workstations, which generates errors for ohter people trying to preview or open the document. Documents with this error can not apparently be forwarded.

I just had one of these... Notes didn't like a table embedded within a table, embedded within another table.... In this case, removing the inner table and replacing it with simple text solved the problem.
