Your Domain does not have access to route messages to the specified domain

Synopsis

We have two domains (say abc.com n abc1.com) n both servers cross certified. When m sending a mail on spoke server of abc.com from abc1.com, the mail delivered to HUB server of abc.com. But mail is not delivered on spoke server of the abc.com domain. I get and NDR message "Your Domain does not have access to route messages to the specified domain" on HUB server of abc.com. Even I have allowed that domain in the restriction control in the configuration document of the spoke server. I have allowed particular domain the restrictions and SMTP inbound controls n this domain allowed as abc1.com n *.abc1.com. Also the mails are going through NRPC.Pls suggest a solution to fix this problem.
