HTTP Web Server: The HTTP method is not allowed for the specified URL

Synopsis

When setting up WebDav and you get the message "An error occurred copying some or all of the selected files" when attempting to transfer a file, you will see that the server log says "HTTP Web Server: The HTTP method is not allowed for the specified URL" followed by the url.

This error is because Design Locking has not been enabled. Get the database properties box. The fourth tab from the left is the Design Tab. The first entry on the tab says "Allow design locking". Click the checkbox next to it.
